Feature
1. The wall and the top of drying chamber
adopts Air Jacket Cooling System to
prevent the powder from melting and
adhesion to the wall.
2. The drying chamber is equipped with
Air Broom to eliminate or reduce the
phenomenon of adhesion to the wall.
3. The fine powder recovery adopts
Pneumatic Conveyor System to prevent
the products from moisture absorption.
4. The once cooling air technology is used
between the droplet and hot air allotter
on large productive machine to prevent
materials from returning the top and to
cool the atomizer.
5. The part contacting to powder materials
is made with Sanitary Structure.
6. The configuration of advanced industrialcontrol system guarantees a normal operation parameters and it is not influenced by the artificial
